I did the color on this. A friend of mine did the line art for the city. It was for an animated graphic novel project we were working on using ToonBoom. We ended up with just a teaser since he and I were balancing four other projects at the same time. I'm mainly enjoyed creating the background in this. I used Alias Sketchbook Pro for this.
